Zero-emission cement plant

The Kujawy Cement Plant, owned by Holcim Polska S.A., is undergoing a modernization aimed at a significant reduction of CO2 emissions through the use of a CryoCap FG installation, which captures, liquefies, and stores CO₂ from clinker production.

We have developed a detailed engineering design for a turnkey solution integrating the station into a complete system for the transfer of liquefied CO2 , ensuring short transfer times, high safety standards, and fully controlled operation. The liquefied CO2 will be transported by rail for further use in the food industry, as well as for the production of synthetic fuels and other chemical products.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:

  • Preparation of design documentation for the following disciplines: process engineering, mechanical, automation, safety and civil and installation works;
  • Design of a complete CO₂ transfer system – from the CryoCap FG installation to the railcar loading points;
  • Weighing, automation, and filling control systems ensuring efficient and safe loading of CO2 into railcars.
