Thermal energy storage in molten salt

Thermal energy storage systems were originally developed to stabilize the operation of Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) plants installed in countries with high ambient temperatures.

Today, CSP plants are no longer essential as applications for molten salt storage, since the salts can also be heated using resistive electric heaters.

We collaborate with the Spanish company RPow Consulting, which has extensive experience in molten salt technology.

Together, we are involved in the development of concepts and feasibility studies for Polish companies interested in investing in high-temperature thermal energy s >1000MWh torage (TES) systems.
