" In January 2007, KTI Poland S.A. became the owner. with Italian capital, which took over the shares of LURGI S.A. and Grupa LOTOS S.A. From August 2011, Automatic Systems Engineering Spółka z o.o. became the owner of 100% of shares, becoming one of the companies of the ASE Technology Group in Gdańsk. The mission of the companies within the Group is to provide safe technologies and solutions for industry and economic infrastructure. We specialize in the design, supervision and construction of installations and facilities for the oil, petrochemical, chemical and gas industries.
We also have competence in the design and construction of general and industrial buildings. The complexity of the services offered consists in carrying out all activities of the investment process related to the preparation of design and technical documentation, starting from the development of a land development concept, obtaining a decision on development conditions, through obtaining a decision on environmental conditions or a building permit, and ending with the organization of complete implementation of facilities or installations in accordance with the conditions agreed with the Client and within the scope of the applicable legislation. We function and implement projects in accordance with applicable law, standards and good design and implementation practice. We work on the basis of proven personnel with the necessary, high and periodically updated competences.
Recently, our specialization has expanded to include pro-environmental, state-of-the-art technological solutions, e.g. with hydrogen. Since August 2017, we have been a member of the Cluster of Hydrogen Technologies. Its mission is to initiate actions to increase the importance of hydrogen technologies and clean coal technologies, by supporting members of the Cluster and cooperating entities in the development of innovative solutions for energy efficiency and low-carbon economy.
